Rediscovery Of The Places Of History Art Music Theatre

With ART MUSIC THEATRE, theater and music festival sponsored by the Province of Milan and the City of St. Columban al Lambro and realized with the contribution of the Cariplo Foundation, the summer festival of events in Milan close to art, culture and the rediscovery of the places of history.

The initiative was born from The Cicadas dell Arconte Association in collaboration with Paolo Grassi School Theatre London and Milan Civic School of Music Foundation (Milan), combined with the excellence of the Italian theatrical tradition and contemporary music with the fascinating history of the territory of St. Columba, offering a calendar of events of great impact and that includes, among others, names like Laura should see, and Cristian Antonio Pizzicato Ceresoli.

The Festival is also supported by the Consorzio Vini DOC Volunteer St. Columba, who on this occasion he announced the opening of the wineries that produce the St. Columban, only wine in the province that can boast the label DOC and real protagonist of the history of the area.

The shows will be held in the most evocative and representative of St. Columban, turning the village into a small outdoor stage. The exhibition will be launched with a parade by the opening of plot, the Parisian theater company that operates with the support of the famous director Ariane Mnouchkine and the Theatre du Soleil. Plot presentara also the first absolute national spectacle Oedipus the King.

In confirmation of the commitment of the younger generation of artists alongside pieces most famous performances of the program (attached) includes some of the performances by young actors and musicians from the London Theatre School and Milan Civica Paolo Grassi School Music. In particular, the performances of the youngest are the result of a series of experimental seminars conducted in the weeks before the festival by professionals such as Michele Monetta Master and Professor Giuseppe Rocca (National Academy Silvio D Amico, Rome), Professor Fausto Malcovati (University of Milan) and the Masters should see Laura and Antonio Pizzicato.

The seminar participants had the opportunity to be housed in the splendid San Bruno House, built in 1594 according to the dictates of architecture typical of Lombardy. A place rich in history and charm, it is inserted in the catalog of the Culture Heritage of the Lombardy Region.
